A variety of projects were conceptualized and developed, each targeting the user experience (UX) associated with bathroom dispensers for both customers and service personnel. The primary focus was to fine-tune interactions with these dispensers in an effort to enhance customer satisfaction.
Given the high turnover rates within the service staff demographic, the simulations were specifically designed to illustrate how an intuitive user experience could decrease mental load, thereby potentially minimizing the time required for training. Utilizing the advanced capabilities of Unity 3D and AR/VR, a series of immersive and highly realistic prototypes were created.
These prototypes were instrumental in effectively engaging key stakeholders, leading to substantial support and testing.
